While only 0.001% of our clients would ever experience this, we have every confidence that what we deliver is exactly what your brand needs. How?

Both our team and the client (you!) will agree upon the creative direction before diving into the actual work. For the first stage of design, our clients are able to pick their preferred style from the two options we decide. We also provide complimentary revisions for up to 3 cycles if necessary.

Once the project has been confirmed, you will receive a detailed project timeline. These are estimates working with past clients:-

Branding project: > 2 months

Illustration project: > 1.5 month

While we offer specialised services listed here, we do work with key partners who specialise in services based on our clients’ requirements which are as follows but are not limited to: Animation, photo & videography, copywriting, and social media management.

For printing projects, we assist & oversee the material selection, printing techniques and execution with our printing supplier in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

For design projects, you would need to prepare the appropriate copy description where necessary. E.g: Brand name, slogan, brand story, product packaging info, card messages etc. Should you require copywriting services, do let us know and we will reach out to a partnering copywriter ☺️
