It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas and many businesses are getting ready for this holiday season. Re:Bakesic, a Los Angeles-based online bakery branding client of ours, is prepared to ring in the upcoming holiday season with their new, limited-edition Christmas scones. Holiday spirit checked, scones checked, all that remains is a festive season look 🎄
Re:Bakesic wanted to fully embrace the holiday spirit by having their very own distinctive Christmas-themed visuals. Right away, to maintain their soft and adorable visual identity, the same illustration style is continued and pastel colours taken from the brand colours were utilized, with Tiffany blue as the primary colour as it evokes the right amount of soft yet classic Christmas feel as intended.
A horizontal rectangular sticker is creatively born through illustrations that were specially drawn based on the ingredients used in the limited edition Christmas scones into interestingly blended components like thai tea in cups and butterfly pea in the flower vase. If you look closely, you might be captivated by the adorable scones that are accurately depicted based on Re:Bakesic’s double chocolate mint, matcha strawberry, and ginger reindeer, the holy trinity of the aforementioned limited edition scones! And to top it all off, Rudolph and the Gingerbread Man were baking the scones in place of the sisters for added cuteness and a Christmassy feel!
After getting the main illustration down, we expanded and made a sticker for their use on the packaging bag of their brand logo with Christmas decorations and a small detail of switching out their pink chef hats to Christmas hats. Besides, a themed Christmas logo for their social media profile and a two-in-one thank you and instruction card was also created to bring out the holiday mood! 🎅🏻🎁
